Studio notes mailing list

When you sign up, we collect your email address and confirmation and consent records. A confirmation email verifies your signup before your address is added to the Studio notes mailing list through our email service provider. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Mailing-list permission is separate from cookie permission.

Inquiries and purchases

For a commission inquiry, we process the contact information, project details and photographs you submit to respond to you. For purchases, our payment service provider handles payment and shipping details, and the studio keeps order information needed to fulfil your purchase, provide support and maintain business records. Do not send sensitive information in an inquiry.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers to store information, deliver emails, process payments, and operate this website. These providers may receive information needed to perform those services, including technical connection information when website fonts load. Providers may process information outside your country.

We retain information as needed for the purpose it was collected, including managing subscriptions, responding to inquiries, fulfilling orders and meeting recordkeeping obligations. Some records may need to be retained after a request to delete information.
