Returns & Refunds

Every piece is an original, one-of-a-kind work, so all sales are final and I don't accept returns or exchanges.

The one exception is damage in transit. If your painting arrives damaged, I'll make it right with a full refund.

To start a damage claim, email me at priyanka@priyankaparikh.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged painting
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved — shipping carriers require it to process a damage claim, and I can't issue a refund without it.

Once your claim is approved, I'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
